• Any work listed in your Reference Page should have an accompanying in-text citation(s) within the body of your assignment.  
• Any in-text citation in your assignment should have an entry in your Reference List.*(See the exception below)
• *Any information from a personal communication (e.g. an interview or e-mail exchange you have with the building manager) should be cited within the body of your paper but does not require an accompanying entry in your Reference Page.  See the Personal Communication section from Seneca College's APA Guide.
