Canadian Border Services Agency: Step by step guide with all the information you need for the importing process

• Importing Commercial Goods
• Customs Tariff by Chapter - T2024 (Click on Customs Tariff by Chapter)
• scroll down to "Section XI: Textiles and Textile Articles"
• click on the appropriate chapter in the schedule, the first two numbers correspond to the 6-digit tariff item number (61 or 62) eg: 620610 (women's silk blouses).
• Opens a PDF file. Scroll down until you find the tariff item. Tariffs applicable to that item are listed on the right side. 
• to determine which tariffs apply to your country, click on "List of Countries and Applicable Tariff Treatments.

Generate a report for companies that import your product

• Search by Keyword:  E.g. Pullovers or
• Search by Harmonized Trade Code:  E.g. 611020(Cotton) 611011 (wool) 611030 (Man-made fibres)
• Generate a list of Companies- narrow by province
