Simple Search 

  • Enter the important words (keywords) rather than the entire sentence.

  • If you want some words to appear together, wrap them in quotation marks.

  • If you are an experienced searcher and would like to use AND and OR (Boolean operators) for more complex search topics, you must enter them in uppercase letters. You can also use the Advanced Search Interface to build your search. See the Advanced Search Tips here.

  • Use AND to connect keywords
  • Use OR to connect synonyms 
  • Both AND and OR need to be capitalized
